I went to the site when they first started. Ordered a couple of things and everything was okay until last December. Ordered something three months later, I called and they did something and I received it a month later. Last month they had a special, I tried to order it before the time ran out, but it wouldn't let me. Today, I used online chat to inquire about a product.
