My Report of Randy Robins is very similar to the others on usacomplaints.com. He markets himself as the best SEO company every. He claims he has 28 employees when in actuality it is just him and his crook "wife" Ila. He supposedly lives in a small apartment in Stoney Plains.
I had contracted him to do seo on a few of my website.initially, I saw some increase then after about the first month it was all a load of excuses and flat out lies. Randy is very good at becoming your friend and making you care about him and his "situation". I am sure he has multiple stories ready for most occasions to make you feel sorry for him and give him a break on his poor performance or lack of communication.
He would email me on the peak of whatever drug binge he was on also. Just crazy emails. He pushed it off as being on new medication for a back issue. Looking back he was clearly scamming me but I was so deep in I would have probably believed anything. He will never talk on the phone with you either, everything is done through email. He will tell you all these stories about how he had a ton of other businesses and how well they did and how much money he used to make. It totally a lie.
I spent about $5000 worth of seo over about a year and got zero results. I mean zero. It blows my mind why I even let it go on that long but he has a way of telling you what you want to hear and give you hope for your business. When in actuality, he knows very well he cannot get you any results and is happy taking your money.
As soon as he realizes you are figuring out his scam he is gone. No emails, no communication, no nothing. His "wife" Ila also plays a great role in all of this. They really do make their story believable.
Its to bad there are people like this. He will get what is coming to him someday though.
