This company charges extra fees to deliver your required certificate in a timely manner. You'll wait 2 to 3 weeks for delivery otherwise. I paid the 9 dollar upcharge to receive it by "express e-mail" which was promised to be delivered within 3 hours. Never got it. Had to send in the receipt of completion to the Clerks office, which of course they wont accept. I did just receive the snail mail version in the mail today... Too late! Thanks Lowest Price Traffic School!
