These people were advertising in game, so I'm a little leary to try them out. I decided to give them a go since I lost all my hard earned in game gold and needed to replinish it
So I decided not to spend a lot of my money and see if it will work out. Once I paid by paypal, I got an email from them saying they need my phone number to confirm as I am a new buyer. I was hesitant at first to give my personal info but decided to give it anyway. My phone rang once, and it was coming from an UNKNOWN/BLOCKED number
I told them to call me again, but I never heard back from them. I sent another email letting them know that I suspect fraud, so I asked for a refund since the site promised 10-15 minutes delivery, and it has been over 2 hours
Didn't hear a peep from them, so I decided to open a dispute from paypal. At the time I decided to go to their live chat and the rep says ok they will check on it. Then the rep came back saying "we are out of gold. Check back tomorrow." At that point I was fed up and asked them for a refund. And from there the replies became weird, the rep keep saying "sorry for u:)" "ty check back" "clam down"??? Wtf?
So I went back to paypal and posted the chat trancript. After that, I finally received a reply from the seller, and all he said was "this is for intangible good. Go my live chat and they help u." First off, I already went to the live chat (I have a suspicion they are the same person), and second by him saying it's "intangible" on his reply via paypal goes to show that he knows he can get away with it. So I simply reply that paypal won't allow scammers to get away with it even if it's for a virtual good
Anyway, I googled and saw A LOT of complaints from this company. I regret not googling first before making this purchase. I'm just glad I didn't spend a lot of money but still, it all adds up. So this company (I did a whois, they are from China), is making TONS of money by scamming people. I feel sorry for the other people who lost hundreds of $. I do hope paypal will freeze their account and close it. What they're doing is pure evil. I hope karma gets them.
