Over the past couple years I've bought 4 wood mounted prints. The second one I bought began to peel off the wood after 6 months. I called them and they replaced it, no hassle. Well skip ahead 1.5 years later and 3 of the 4 pictures are peeling. I called art.com again and complained about only the last one I'd purchased and they said fine would I like a replacement or a refund. I said refund as I'd been having problems. They fired an email back telling me they wouldn't do anything as it had been more than 90 days. Well, yes it had been about 6 months. They obviously have a problem with this product. I don't think people buying these consider them a temporary product.
