On Jul 09 i purchased Speedy PC Pro. I was prompted to call the phone nbr to have it activated. I talked to a young man by name of Ravi Kuman Negi.in the ensuing conversation I was told that my computor had some problems and he would took conrtol of my computer. After some time on the phone I said if I have a major problem I would take to a local party to have it checked Ravi said if I did that it would just cost me more money. So I stayed on the phone with him for what seemed a long time about 45 minutes. He asked me to reinsert mycredit card nbr which did believing that my first time didn't register. So when I entered it a got a receipt for 199.99. I was very up set and asked Ravi to Just cancel the whole thing. He turned me over to his Supervisor. After some discussion with hissupervisor I told him I would just call my credit casrd company and not pay the 199.99. He advised me not to call and they would issue a refund. I got a phone message from fraud control Visa advising me to call them which I did they advised me to contact you. The receipt in question is QSLV-U090712-69LRJ. I feel that I do owe the 39.94 but feel mislead on the other chargeThank you
