On or about 3/6/00 we ordered 3 32 oz Bottles of Mother Natures Powder for $40 9 SH=$49. This product is suppose to remove odors. We used 13-1/2 of a 32 oz bottle on a 18 inch area on our lazy bot chair. It did not work.
The invoice says to returm the unused portion in the original conatiner along with proof of purchase is returned to Mother Natures Odor Remover We e-Mailed for instructions on where to return prouct 2 full bottles and 1/2 bottle and received a telephone call from some man whoc called himself the owner. He is unwilling to instruct us on how to return the product and will not return our money.
Could you please help. This is our first adventure using the internet to buy a product and needless to say this has been a very distasteful adventure.
