This has singlehandedly been the WORST buying experience I've ever had! I purchased their Stardust Luxury Foundation after reading reviews that it was for women of color. DO NOT BUY THIS!!! This is the worst decision ive ever made and the worst foundation ive ever used in my life. I had read all of the negative comments but decided to try it anyway. I put this on and was overall not impressed with the way it looked on my skin. It seemed a lot darker and greyer than how it appeared on the website and the coverage was super cakey and artificial. My face started to itch a bit when I first applied it but when I rinsed it off later that night my face was red, burning, itching, and covered in tiny white pimples. This did not just happen to me, as I have seen several reviews where other people are complaining about the makeup causing break outs and rashes as well as other issues with this company! And I don't even have acne prone skin. This was a NIGHTMARE purchase and I have been using other MMU brands for years and have NEVER had a reaction like this to any product. I had to go to walgreens and pick up some hibiclens to try and clear this up. It's just an embarassment and the owner Valerie should be ashamed for putting a trash product like this on the market!!! Everything about this foundation was terrible. The coverage, the feel, the color, quality, but it made my skin look worse than I've ever seen it before!!!
I should have known to avoid this product line after reading all the complaints where people are talking about the owner being a liar, the makeup going bad on peoples faces and changing color, break outs, and the fact that the owner is ripping people off
All the reviews on this line, are either directly affiliated with the owner and claim to be a "friend of valerie" or paid advertisement *ie: she sent them the product to review for free*. Had I seen more recent reviews where people are giving honest reviews I would have known not to buy from this scam business.
I cant even return this crap! I will never purchase from this product line again.
