In September I visited Costa Rica, joined an investment workshop. I met John Wilson of T G Wilson Improvement throughout the workshop. Wilson, of CostaRicaLakeandBeach.com was in the seminar but he wasn't area of the workshop. Wilson was evidently not asked being an exhibitor but rather was in an area close to the workshop perhaps to attract clients from the asked Property participants.
I had been asked towards the T G Wilson improvement situated in Lake Arenal within the Guanacaste Province. I talked with Wilson, offered him a $2500 deposit on Buena Vista 6 Ton 52 by having an arrangement contingent upon the acceptance of my Lawyer. Our Lawyer didn't agree of the Purchase Contract because of numerous problems and Wilson was designed to provide me my cash back. Well, he did not provide me my money-back rather he held it. Wilson has already established my cash since September. Wilson's conduct being an untrustworthy company status is unfortunate. It creates him seem unsavory and at this time I should tell all "buyer beware". Wilson actually required I deliver him one more $15,000 I'd imagine easily had delivered him that amount of cash he'd have stored it aswell. Wilson is found in Lake Arenal region and at this time be careful. He works under numerous organization titles for the reason that section of Costa Rica.
