I had a person that came to my house today stating that there was an add on craigslit (PostingID: 3031437080) showing my house for rent. This person said that a man named "Louis" stated that he is a robotic engineer who was now living in Michigan and was renting his house in Dallas now after meeting "the love of his life" there. "Louis" was using cell# 785-256-0693.
This is MY house that I own. All the info that was on this craigslist add was pulled from my EBBY.com listing for MY house FOR SALE.
This is a SCAM most likely to get someone to give a deposit upfront. The man on the voicemail for the given cell# had a "african?" accent. I have yet to get a response from this message i left him. There is already a listing from person on usacomplaints.com that stated someone using this cell# to run a deposit scam.
Please beware of this person.
