In mid-April I found some products on eBay that I wanted to purchase. The items were sold out so I emailed the seller & was informed that he had more. It was for hair products that are "It's a 10" brand and the price was phenomenal. He informed me that he could not sell on eBay because he had reached his monthly selling limit that eBay places on every new seller & asked if I would just paypal him funds & he would mail the products to me. I probably shouldnt have done that but I did. I waited & waited and after about 2 weeks I *did* get a package but it was only half of what I ordered. I emailed and he sent some BS 'apology' and assured me the rest would be headed my way. It has yet to arrive AND he wont answer emails at this point. He has several negative eBay references now too because he did not fulfill the sales he made thru eBay either. Luckily, the people who did transactions thru eBay can probably get their money back but there are some like me who trusted a stranger & got burned!
