Just had a call from my bank to say this company has taken 27 from my account. I have never heard of them. Now my card has had to be stopped

Just had a call from the bank to say the company had taken 27 out of my account today. I have never heard f this company and certainly have not placed an order. Now my card has had to be stopped and I have lost the money. Am very upset.
