I tried a new website business for free for ten days, if you like the business they will draft $99.00 from your banking account on the 10th day. I canceled way before the trail period was over, but on July 26 I noticed that on my paypal account $99.00 dollars was drafted out of my banking account into Webincomes banking account. I'm new to paypal, and did not know you had to also cancel you subscription to not deposit it to the webincome business account.
I notified paypal, and they told me to try emailing the company for my refund, because I did not have the website after the trail. I told paypal that if webincome biz was a fair business why didn't they transfer the money back in to the account after they figured out that I canceled the trail, and also after paypal notified them about the claim.
I also got a email from them telling that the only way I was going to get my money back is to file a claim with paypal, Knowing that paypal don't insure claims that are not phyical like websites etc. The agent from paypal told me to report him, because he know that paypal can not cover the claim.
They want answer the telephone its alway tied up, and none of my messages are returned.
