I emailed Karen and Treasured Tails about creating 3 horsehair bracelets from the last piece of my mare who passed away. She emailed back promptly and was very nice. I mailed the horsehair away with a check for $80, and ever since then, almost two months, have emailed and called but have had no response.
When I decided to check further into Treasured Tails, I found that on her company Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/TreasuredTails.Us) SEVERAL people have had the same exact experience as I did. I feel as though I am never going to get the last piece of my mare back, not to mention my check was cashed IMMEDIATELY!
I do not want anyone to experience this horror. I strongly advise everyone looking to have horsehair bracelets to find a reputable website, and stay away from Treasured Tails.
