Ripoff 14.95 fraudulent charge

Today I noticed a fraudulent credit card charge from this company for 14.95. The transaction supposedly went through 7/22 and was posted 7/24.

I am wondering at how they got my number... The last few sites I used the card were from:

AND
consumerinfo.com
