I asked before i placed an order f they would be able to fill my specific requirements of helping complete my analysis and discussion for a master thesis. I was reassured by numerous people this could be done. What i got in return was a paper having NOTHING to do with what I asked. Then they informed me they would correct the paper that was sent to me. Again, even the second paper was even more off then what i asked. My research questions, design and everything had been changed.
I asked for a refund since nothing i requested originally had been completed and a turnitin.com report informed me that the paper i has was in fact a french published journal that had been translated into English with 74% wording matching. Word for word. PARAGRAPH FOR PARAGRAPH! They refused my refund asking to complete the order again and again. Then told me i was causing issues by calling, emailing, and chatting about the inaccuracies of the paper. Finally I was informed they would not give me a refund but would revise it (again) which i refused. Needless to say, nothing I asked for was competed and they were completely rude. The only time they were "nice" was they were trying to get a payment and when they kept giving me the "let use revise it" run around!
