Rick I don't know his last name and Donna Perry Ordered training DVD's, paid, never received them, talked to Rick, said he would talk to Donna n I would get a refund

On 4/25 I requested some instruction DVDis on the internet on Cosmetic Tattooing. The cash was removed from my Charge Card obtained my DVDis. The price was $195.44 and thus one-night I acquired off-work and named the amount which was about the Charge Card cost along with a guy called John responded and stated he was sorry to listen to about my scenario and he'd contact his person who was incharge of the DVDis and also have her return with me. And so I did get a mail from the Donna Perry declaring these were having issues using the making-of the dvdis but she'd return my income. Our calls were never responded again or were my emails. Not thinking I ought to have approached my charge card organization but to enough time has approved. I tried calling the BBB or anybody who'd support but no such luck.

These folks have to be halted.
