They are cold, ruthless jerks that are just there to take your money and make you pay for every stupid channel that is worthless! I lost my job and had been putting payments on my credit card to honor my contract, i fell behind just two payments and they sent me to collections and want me to pay over $2000.00 payment at once for the entire contract with no service to go with it. If you work for these creeps and you do this to someone f*ck yuo!
