THE worst software ever. I have to reboot my cable box about every other day. "Please wait..." I am so sick of it! I've switched out the box but it doesn't matter. What a horrid company - and I love the ads (not!) "I'm Jenny (or whoever) and I am Time Warner Cable." What a joke!
