Alliecat Jewelry, Sanford (Sandy) Weisman, and Allison Weisman ordered and received various marketing materials from my company, Streeter Printing, from January - June. These materials were then resold to various jewelry distributors across the country. All requested orders were manufactured and delivered on time by Streeter Printing, all high quality with no delays. Alliecat has still yet to pay for their orders.
After months of attempting to collect the debt owed to us, the Weisman's continued to state that they had no funds available for payment. All while continuing to run their business as usual, reordering their necessary materials from other print vendors.
In November Sanford then offered to pay his previous debt if we would print his newest catalog, at a discounted rate, on credit terms. Streeter Printing decided that it would be in our best interest to not move forward with that deal.
