R43DS.org Ordered a product from r43DS.org and was charged to my credit card, however, I never recieved my product or was sent any messages from them.internet

I ordered an R4 card from this website because I thought they were legit. I ordered it at the beginning of January and it is now the end of March. They charged my credit card but it never left the warehouse, the order information still has it sitting there. I have sent several messages and they never replied.
