I placed a bid on liquidation.com and won a bid on two Android Tablets at $100.00 each. I also paid $80.00 for shipping and was forced to pay NJ sales Tax which I do not understand in why since the company that sent the items is located in Conway, ARK.
One Tablet did arrive and I opened it and charge it as the booklet advised before use. After waiting a few hours for the charge light to turn green indicating it is ready for use. I turned the unit on and it would not load up.
I tried a few more times and had no luck. I read the booklet once mnore to make sure I followed the directions but had no luck with it. The unit kept flashing for a min then would turn it-self off. I tried a few more times and only to have the same flash then shut down.
I filled out a dispute form as directed by the company that had the item up for auction and followed their rules for dispuite in which I was within my right to do since I only had the unit in my habds for less then one day.
