Suspend account, payment and then give no response

Freelancer.com suspend my account and payment since 1 month and it seems they have no intention to give my money. I emailed them couple of times, my employer did also. But they are not bothering.

They suspended my account due to suspicious transaction. I replied them that what I should I do. They told me that if my employer confirms they will reverse the money. That's all. From then me, my employer both giving email and they replied they are note receiving emails!!! What stupid service is this!

Even I told them, "At least open my account. Reverse the money from where it comes. I am taking the risk." What should I do more. But they care no one I think as they have got too many users.

Is there any legal body anywhere who can take some necessary steps. I have got all emails as proof which I sent them and what they replied me.
