Virus protection service worked for a few months but then I was attacked. Service did not prevent and reports first to Tech Support provided no correction or relief. Subsequently letter (2) to CEO yielded stonewalling, no return calls and unfilled promises, meanwhile, computer was useless.
I can deal with a technical glitch but shoddy customer service is unacceptable. Poor service is a choice and apparently is a choice condoned high in the organization. Trust is not now an included factor in this relationship.
