This letter is in response to the disconnection notice I recieved in the mail today on 3-12-12. THE TONE AND LANGUAGE ARE A DIRECT RESULT OF BEING ON HOLD WITH 2 FUCKING LINES FOR OVER AN HOUR AND THEN BEING TOLD, "WE ARE SORRY, WE ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED" when I called 45 minutes before 8pm EST.

Write this down because I am NOT fucking repeating it again.

I am not fucking paying $118.64 because:

A: $87.05 is for the fucking modem that was sent to me when i placed my original order with direct tv, even though i told those dipshits i already had a fucking modem of my own. The fucking modem was sent back to your asses 2 months ago and was confirmed recieved. So stick it in your ass.

B. $12.95 was for shipping and handling. I didn't order the fucking modem because i already had a fucking dsl modem and told that to direct tv. So charge those fuckers or stick it in your ass.

C. $24.95 was for 1 month of 6mb dsl line that direct tv promised you could deliver. There is no fucking 6mb service in my area. So stick it in your ass. I paid for the shitty 3mb line at $14.95 a month for the same time period, get a fucking clue.

D. My account is being billed $14.95 a month and that is all i will pay a month for you mediocre dsl you supply me with.

If you want $87.05 for the modem, check your ass for the modem prutruding from it, but you will not get it from me.

If you want $12.95 for the shipping and handling for the modem which was not ordered by me, check with direct tv's ass or stick the bill in your own ass, because you will not get it from me.

If you want $24.95 for 1 month of the 6mb line you can't even provide in this area, shove it up your fucking ass, because you will not get it from me.

So you can do one of 3 things.

1: Shut off my DSL line because you dipshits are too stupid to figure out that you are billing me for things I do not have or did not get. Please notify if you do this, so I don't blame it on your usual shitty service.

2: Quit billing a customer and threatening to shut his DSL off because he won't pay for equipment he doesn't have and service he can't even recieve if I paid you motherfuckers! AND give that customer a few months of DSL free for all the time he has wasted on the phone and writing a fucking email, when a month before he had already called customer service and taken care of all this bullshit and confirmed that you assholes had already recieved the FUCKING modem.

3: Shove my account up your ASS!
