The Sims Social sells Facebook points that are needed in many instances to advance in the game, however in that last few weeks there have been many game glitches in which the sim cash is spent, yet no items are received. I made the mistake of purchasing sim cash, only to not receive my items and to not have my sim cash restored. I am furious as it is the first time I have ever spent actual money on an internet game, and yet I have had it stolen. I have made many attempts to contact the game developers and no one will respond. This is a complete scam. If they made a mistake, they would have acknowledged it, instead they are ignoring the issue. Many others have posted about the same issue involving the purchase of a hammock on their site and forum and have been completely ignored.
