I was scammed with the help of the moderator! Never Ever Sell Anything valuable on Listia! Internet

I am kinda new to Listia and have close to 400 fans and have sold a great deal of things, with all positive feedback. On the other hand the "scammer" had 6 neg feedbacks in her time on Listia.
I put tracking on this 200.00 item... 22 hours later, she disputes this and says it will not work, and started leaving me several emails changing her story, cant get the screen unlocked, it's squeeling, wont charge, etc basically she had wanted her credits back and our item!!! Because it does not take an idiot to figure out she ain't sending it back!!! I denied the request naturally to refund her and give her this 200 dollar (brand new) item for nothing in return. 12 days go by while the moderator decides this and decides in her favor!!! Listia rules say if someone changes their mind tough luck... But not in my case!!! They apparently do not read the emails or take someone's negatives into consideration, checking them out at all! She has done this same thing repeatedly over and over again to people, changing her mind wanting her credits back as her record shows.

I have reviewed several factors before taking any action on your case. As we have never seen the actual item, it is difficult for us to determine exactly what condition it was sent or received in. For this reason, we have concluded that the best course of action is to get both parties involved as closely back to square one as possible. We will have the buyer return the item and refunded their credits. I do suggest using delivery confirmation when making a return.

Seller: Please provide the Winner with your address in this email message log.

Winner: Once you receive the address, please sent the item back safely; I do suggest using tracking to confirm the item was indeed returned.

What a joke!!! She had already stated to me in emails she was not sending it back to me!!! It would be at my expense if i wanted it back!!!

I have not refunded the credits and have asked this same moderator to give me the contact info of the CEO, So this could be thoroughly looked at, not just glanced at!!! Apparently from other complaints i've read through Listia forms, this information is non-existant!!! And i'm still awaiting a response!!! Guess that will be another 12 days or longer from what I have been reading? They will not give you that information!!!
