Do not tell me to get over it, rentway! I have invested over $1500 on a Gateway desktop. I took it in to your store to have Windows booted up and the salesman messed it up further. It has to be sent back to Gateway to have the hard drive reimaged. So, I tried to upgrade to a laptop. However, you guys, who guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, won't do anything. I cannot have any of the money I have already paid credited to my new computer even though you guys are the ones who broke it. I pulled my acct from your store and will never return again. Your people are rude and disresprctful. You make promises you cannot keep. Once a loyal customer, never to return!
