Gametag.com & i bought an account from these people 2 days age and i have not heard nothing, i got a confirmation that my money was trasfered through moneybooks... Still nothing

Gametag.com— i bought an eve account from these people 2 days ago. I have not heard nothing from them i have sent numerous emails to their support team and still nothing... They say 1-24 hours well its been 48.. I have a confirmation that my money was transfered to them via moneybooks along with a receipt. Complete RIPOFF
