Regardless of whether the product is any good or not, the S&H charges are at the heart of the scam. They use multiple price schemes, so you never know what you are paying for the product relative to what others are paying. I wanted to cancel the order. I was told they would not refund the S&H of $70. I placed the order over the phone so, hopefully, if they can't prove they told me that, I might be able to get all of my money back!
The point is, it is obvious they make their money by suckering in the customer with all that free stuff. However, the customer discovers that all that free stuff comes with a steep price tag as far as S&H is concerned'. This is highly unethical..
To top it off, the phone answering system suggests there are different departments for different needs;. They're all in the same room, and there are probably only a couple of employees:. After all, they're probably making most of their money of of unsuspecting customers (especially those placing orders on the phone) who will get stuck with exorbitant S&H fees/. I feel really stupid!
Do yourself a favor, and find another product that you can safely and inexpensively return if it doesn't work out.
