Was playing on bingo 123 and had a bingo and didnt get paid. Contacted support and said they had a software update just as a i had a bingo. Was playing again on site and won another chat game and they said i didnt follow rules by giving my numbers to the promotions manager, but chat moderator took everyone's numbers. But when i questioned there methods i was disgraced on their website by the moderator. Never got a positive response the only response that i got was the moderator was very busy and couldn't help everyone. Was very specific on my complaint and never got anywhere with this site. Would definitely stay away from this site a big rip off.
