SEO Worldwide has ripped me off for close to $2,000. They have in their contract terms that "they can choose additional key words." Here is the problem with that, they will SEO on another website the key words they chose because it is low hanging fruit.
They don't do the work on your web-site like you would expect. These are key words on their web-site for which no one would ever search for so it will rank #1. On the first page of Google.
Then when you dispute it with the credit card company, they take screen shots of your website ranking #1 on Google which it would have anyway (because it is the name of your business) as proof their program worked.
They even have a charge back department because they get so many of these complaints. I lost my 2K because the credit card company didn't understand this company didn't get my keywords to rank #1, they got their key words to rank #1. It is a slick slide of hands. Trickery!
