Pcdoctoroncall pc Doctor Oncall ripoff, did not give access codes to fix problem as promised

I was linked to this site throught Microsoft to fix slow computer or missing links. I paid $49.95 for the service that was not delivered. I was not given access codes to downloaded product and when clicked on to the shortcut. It kept rebooting computer. Big Ripoff!
