Well, it's now been 18 times since I have requested my item through Smilox. They charged my card instantly but I'venot obtained my purchase. They required that I provide it several more times and they haven't had an issue with USPS so far. I can't monitor my purchase as recommended by Smilox. I sent them recently and informed them easily did not obtain my purchase inside a couple of days, I'd contact AX and prevent payment. They did react in a regular manner apologizing and they might send again. I am unsure if this can be a slowing process or when they truly may re ship. Nothing must consider this lengthy!
