I received a bill for calls to the UK that I did not make

I recently obtained a statement out of this organization for calls towards the UK (4420733584, bill #230303) that used to do not create. The sum total statement was for $52.00. Furthermore, they claim they're likely to statement my long-distance provider for one more $1.99 each minute. I talked having a consultant from my telephone business plus they believed to challenge these costs. I also had them deploy a global telephone stop on my point, along with the 1-900 stop currently there. When I didn't create these calls, I WOn't spend them.
