I bought a netbook for a Birthday gift, but it didn't arrive on time so i figuared I would give it to my husband for Christmas and We can't get it to work. We took it to a computer specalist to see if we were doing something wrong and he told us it didn't work for wifi (reason I bought it). So I tried to get the return auth # from the web but it never came through so I called the company and I have left atleast 10 voice msg on their answering machine cause noone ever answers the phone. I have sent emails through the website and have a ticket # but still have No return auth # or even and address I can send it back. Never did recieve a call back either. I need to return this thing and get a new one from somewhere else. I will never deal with this company again.
