Bought two items from HSN over the 2011 Christmas holiday period. What they advertised was not what I received on both occasions, far from what they said on the show. Had to send them back (laptop & tablet).
HSN distinctly said returns are accepted no questions asked and full refund will be given. They took almost $10 each time for some stupid charges which I could not understand. Rip off my refund - They do not give 100% refund as advertised. Please beware when you buy.
