Mp3grandcental is a downloading web site for music. It claims it is 100% legal and will have unlimited access to 100's of songs. To become a member, you must fill out all identification and credit card information before you can sample website.
After receiving my credit card information, the downloading process did not work and I could not get anything more on the web site except the homepage where it asks you for the credit card information all over again.
I contacted the mp3grandcentral support. I told them that I just purchased their use of their website, that later, would not download. They refused to credit my credit card, and told me that I would be charged for one year of usage. I told them I can't use it because I couldn't get it to download, and therefore do not have acess to it.
They are still refusing to refund me! This is a rip-off! Buyer beware! This company is not consumer friendly! As I can see, others feel the same way!
