Driving my small business out of business

We're a little business that depends completely on digital conversation to conduct business. We transformed from ATT to Constitution about six months previously to be able to enhance our Web rates.in the initial day-we have regretted your decision. Constitution has shipped horrible support to us. These were not promptly adding our support. They never got it working correctly, as well as for the final 8 weeks we've been struggling through regular failures of equally out phone and Web.

Recently it got so poor we required support. They stated that somebody might come "tomorrow". Once the end-of your day contacted, we named again, simply to be disconnected five times after going right through their gauntlet of client dissatisfaction call-processing. Whenever we eventually got through, they stated that the technology could be out before 5pm.

The technology turned up and stated "There's nothing I will do. The thing is using the node. It's been increased to Corporate, but there's been no exercise to repair it." This is actually the same chorus we notice each time we've an issue. It's nobodyis obligation to repair.

We spend them $300 per month for horrible support. Like a residential client you receive greater support than the usual company. They're driving people out-of company, nor appear to treatment whatsoever.

We've no option but to return to ATT. Unhappy. Constitution is horrible. Steer clear. Remain very faraway.
