IT Service's Charles the owner works for Texaco and had me to bring the computers to texaco.
I am very sure he never turned either one on. First he told me the charge will be 35.00 per hour and it took two hours.
Two weeks later he still would not return my computers. He told me to meet hiim at 11:30 at Texaco with a check for $227.50. And he still would not return the machines.
I am sure he didn't want me to boot them up in his presence because he hadn't done anything to them.
A freind brought them to my house. The computers still had the same problem. And he had cashed my check already.
It Has been three days and I still haven't received my software. I tried to talk to him but he still is lyeing about all the hours he worked on it.
