Updating of Last Purchase

I need Safecart to update my purchase of "DriverCure." It was purchased on 10-16 before the expiration of the expired one now. My name to verify can be obtained by looking at the billing date when purchased. Note: I was unable to put the new license key in the box and run it at that time. Please fix. Thank You.
