Recommendations:
Please report your experiences this company here, whether good or bad. I believe that collecctive experiences here will help create a better overall picture for this company which apparently has no reviews elsewhere. I would like to know if ours is a unique case or not.
Pros:
Recommended by a friend that used their services, and claimed to have worked well. Probably works fine for some businesses, but not ours. They did acheive some results, albeit small.
Cons:
1. Came seriously short of their performance expectations, in terms of total new business and cost per conversion.
2. Pushy into obtaining our business metrics (price gouging? Data mining?) which they constantly attributed to protecting their reputation (and which is largely why am writing this review actually). We far exceeded their minimum requirements.
3. Relied on buzzwords, ambiguity, and promises to help sell themselves, and unnecessarily extend the campaign.
Summary:
Please report your experiences here, as I hope our case is unique. When I looked for reviews on this company, I noticed they have a big problem with turnover as well at their company, which may indicate other issues here.
