I had two different issues at one time, internet security I didn't order (or it was buried in a long registration for InHome Agent when I was specifically watchful to NOT select any AV or other product... Just the supposed ability to have issues resolved electronically). But this review is focusing on the FiosTV. We lost the picture and only had sound for TV. Calling customer service, you eventually get a person, who puts you on hold for ten plus minutes... Never to return and only send you back to the beginning of the phone message. If you select the same options, you get a message that the call can't be completed and you have to call another time! I had the SAME thing happen the same day after being transferred once from Jasmine to Danielle on a call regarding taking the Internet Security off my account.insane lack of service.
