This company sells software to backup your computer. It "gurantees" support in two days if you have a valid serial number and Registration ID. I purchased a program called RestoreIT 7 and have both the valid serial number and the Registration ID.
I also have 6 months left on a Support and Maintenance Agreement. A rational person would conclude that this would allow me to get support.
Over the past two weeks I have filled in their support ticket with all the required information. Immetiately after submitting the information, a form letter arrives saying if you do not hear from them in 2 days, you should resubmit the ticket.
After waiting 2 days and resubmitting, the same form letter arrives. This has happened to me 7 times over the past 2 weeks. I even emailed the company headquarters in CA, but they did not even respond.
I just noticed that BBB even gave them an "F" for not responding to complalints. Their products are sold all over the Internet. Stay away from them if there is a possibility you may ever need support.
