Our company ordered 3 tradeshow give-aways from Atlas Pen. There was a promised delivery date. Two of the three items made it on time. The third and most important item to us was not. It was due April 22. When I called on April 21 to check on, I was told that it would be checked on and I would get a call back. I never received a call back. I called again on the 23rd and was told, yes it was shipped on the 21st with for a 3 day delivery, so I would not get until Monday - which of course was too late.
I explained to them that this was unsatisfactory and the response was, I should be happy I got 2 out of the 3 items. They could have easily overnighted or even 2 dayed the shipment and it would have gotten here on time.
Obviously no one at Atlas cared to live up to their promises. So beware if you decide to order from this company.
