Atomword.com Scam, Rip-off and Untrustworthy! Internet

I, too, have been taken-in by the smooth-talking salespersons at Websitebusiness.com. I was initially talked into an online business that would make money by setting up my website, putting ads on it, and blogging to make money. That cost me $199.

Shortly thereafter, I was contacted by another salesman who assured me that he could help me make a go of my website and it would make a lot of money. I then signed up for the website building service costing $1498 with a written guarantee that I could get all of my money back if I wasn't making more money than I paid within 3 months.

Like others, I was signed up for Postzilla.com which sends you assignments to write blog posts and you are paid $5! Do you know how long it will take to make my $1700 back at $5/blog? Ridiculous! I was then directed to a site called, Blogsvertise which also sent me blogging assignments but they paid more - up to $20/blog. So, I quickly signed my other websites up for this service and have made a little money on that.

At the 3 month mark, I contacted my smooth-talking "rep" about getting my money back. He assured me that we just needed a little more time to start making money. He sent me another "guarantee" and said to give it just 3 more months. So, in May/June of I started asking for my money back. He said that since I wasn't making the kind of money I expected, they would refund it. However, as the weeks and months went buy, there was always some excuse why they couldn't pay me.

Then, the company started "re-doing" everything and suddenly I had no re-course to talk to anyone. My rep, Michael Terry, left the company and was very rude when I contacted him. The company's phone # was ALWAYS busy; and the online chat never answered back.

This company is a total scam, and I think they are out of business. However, if the owners just move onto the next venture, beware of signing up with any company that promises to help you make money online or help you build a website.

I will be very cautious about any online businesses, or ppc campaigns as well, or blogging for dollars. (Although I can recommend, Blogsvertise.com They have come through and do pay for blog commentaries).
