Neopets.com is a totally bogus and unfair site. I may only be 16 but I've been playing Neopets since before I was 13. I may have had a negative attitude sometimes but I playered on my account, waterdragon16, fairly. I had earned a huge amount of Neopoints and under 30 pets on all of Neopets had better stats then my pet did, but I was frozen in Spring of 2003 for "scamming".
To be honest when I first started playing Neopets I did scam, but that was for a few months, YEARS before I even went in the account waterdragon16, and had payed for what I did. Neopets terms and conditions clearly says if you did scam you won't get your account back but your welcome to make a new one and play fair, which I did, but over 2 years after I stopped scamming, 2 years of playing fair, I was frozen for scamming losing those years of hard word.
Even after that for the past year I've lost ANOTHER pet, my friends, who was also better stat-wise then all but not even 30 pets on Neopets. I've lost dozens of accounts since a year ago for scamming, but I don't scam. I have friends on Neopets, including one I knew for over a year, who I trusted with all my heart who are also frozen for scamming - words cannot express my hate for the total bull... Crap Neopets puts some of its users through. Neopets has "glitches" on their site too, where randomly you just lose your hard work just by touching it... You go to move an item and poof "This object cannot be given" or something and its just gone forever, months of hard work for a single item gone.
Also, as I wrote this, just two days ago on 4-3-04 Neopets had a "glitch" where ANYONE had access to your password... If you forgot your password before you could have it e-mailed to you, but on April 3rd if you put in your username or anyone else's for that matter, the password to that account would show up. TONS of people lost their accounts and hard work. On top of that Neopets says it has never been hacked, and someone posted saying they have... On April 4th they got a warning for saying that the only way for someone to lose their account is to inadvertantly or purposely giving their password out... Thats obviously not true since the day before there was a glitch showing everyone's word.
Neopets is bogus and unfair, Neopets is... Neopets sucks.
