Encore financial resources is a rip-off for sure. Like everyone else that reported them, they asked me for the same things which was what's my account number and by giving them my account number i will receive 10'000 dollars on any credit card of my desire and if i needed a loan towards that account i could get on line through their web sight and ask for a 500.00 dollar loan which will go to my account within 48 hours which i can't even get on their web sight with the web address they gave me.
They also told me if i was to cancel i would only receive $145.00 dollars back but, not the 24.95 because that was for shipping and handling.
