I have never received a product and never got a reply

I requested potassium iodide out of this organization and settled additional for Federal Express. Which was yesterday and that I however haven’t obtained my purchase. I obtained a contact from Nutricity stating my purchase have been prepared. I delivered a contact for them informing them I never obtained it and not got an answer.
