I bought a fresh DVR had setup issues with it, got a solution back from customer care that was NO support whatsoever. They provided me online help for $129.00 per time by having an 1/2 time minimum. I published an adverse evaluation in regards to the new DVR bought and also the following customer care from Apexcctv.com, a couple of hours later the evaluation was removed and only outstanding evaluations stay.
